This course will enable you to discover strategies to help you grow to be the teacher and/or leader you want to be.

- The power of reflection in building your capacity for success.
- Develop skills for providing powerful feedback to colleagues to deepen their reflections on their practice.
- The mindset you need to critically reflect on your teaching.
- Strategies to deepen your reflections and develop pathways to grow your practice.
