This is my third year returning to SOL and each year the content has aligned with my personal and professional journey. Karen, Liz and this year the addition of Tahu deliver the learning and knowledge in ways that are both inspiring and motivating. There is a big emphasis on wellbeing and I am looking forward to returning to the centre to begin to implement what I have learned and share the knowledge gained.
