Come and join us to explore the changing landscape of education, what matters most in management and leadership to bring about effective change.

Workshops will be designed to stretch your Leadership & Management as well as strengthen your understanding of Trauma Informed Leadership.

 

Workshop One: Friday 18 August 2023
Workshop Two: Friday 15 September 2023

Time: 9am – 3pm both days 

 

Facilitated by Judith Price and Lynda Knight-de Blois:

Judith has been facilitating Developing Outstanding Middle Managers workshops, in school leadership growth and development programmes for 18 years. She is passionate about supporting strengths, as well as challenging new thinking stretching the conversations in promoting change and growth. She enjoys around the table dialogue in considering possibilities moving forward. He Tangata Ia Tangata – Where Everybody Is Somebody – drives her work with others.

Lynda has over 30 years experience in education including leadership, evaluation and training. She is an Advanced Trainer with the Neurosequential Model in Education (NME) and provides professional learning and leadership support which reflects Dr Bruce Perry’s Neurosequential Model and develops trauma-informed understanding and practice. Lynda is passionate about working with schools and centres to support transformational leadership which results in enhanced learner outcomes in wellbeing, engagement, inclusion and learning. Lynda is currently principal of Glenview School in Porirua East.

 

Suitable for Primary and Secondary School Teachers.
Lunch, refreshments and manuals included.
