DEVELOPING OTHERS PROFESSIONALLY

This progressive online programme is designed to build coaching and mentoring skills in team leaders, pedagogical leaders, centre managers and owners who are leaders of adult learning.

This interactive and engaging online professional development series is designed for anyone wanting to grow and improve their skills in developing kaiako and leaders through implementing effective Coaching and Mentoring (C & M) programmes.

Areas of focus are:

• C & M 101 – Developing knowledge of the pedagogy of adult learning
• C & M 102 – Exploring skills and attitudes needed to coach and mentor others
• C & M 103 – Understanding different models (processes) of coaching and mentoring and creating robust documentation.
