This half-day course will set you on a journey of discovery answering the questions: What is the current reality of where our centre/organisation is NOW? Where do we aspire to be in three year’s time? and, how will we get there?

During this workshop we will explore:

• Essential steps towards writing a Strategic Plan;
• Thinking creatively about what is coming up over the horizon in the early childhood sector;
• A range of templates to use to document your strategic plan and
• Guiding you to develop robust Annual Action Plans.

It is recommended that governance and management personnel attend this programme – giving both the opportunity to work together to lead the growth and development of the centre/organisation.
