- Building knowledge on changes to the Standards for the Teaching Profession to deepen collegial conversations.
- Developing the skills to hold authentic, respectful professional conversations about teaching and learning.
- Building conversational capability across your team to drive meaningful and sustainable change.
During this programme we will explore:

- Identifying the challenges of engaging in HONEST conversations
