This is a retreat-style programme for aspiring leaders, those new to leadership or anyone who has found themselves in a leadership role and wants to build foundational knowledge and skills – connect theory with your lived experience while learning alongside others.

This retreat offers a space to pause, reflect and consider how we navigate our leadership journeys with intention, integrity and care. It reminds us that leadership is not about certainty or perfection, but about the courage to keep learning, to act thoughtfully and to grow with every step we take.
On The Leadership Voyage we will learn to:

- Lead with intention, integrity and care in your everyday practice
- Navigate uncertainty and change with courage and thoughtful decision-making
- Strengthen communication and engage in meaningful, courageous conversations

Investment Information:
$1,395 +GST per person.
This includes: sole occupancy room with ensuite, all meals, shuttle transfer from Christchurch Airport to Hanmer Springs (if required), one entry to the Hanmer Springs Thermal Pools, facilitation and course materials.
