I very much enjoyed the professional development you provided on Friday. It is fair to say that I have not been so engaged in a PD day like that for a while (yes I do know that is sad!). A combination of content and your presentation style made for a stimulating day. I especially enjoyed the way you challenged individuals’ perceptions on appraisal – I know you said you wanted critical feedback but the reality is I have none. I had been informed about what to expect from a day with you and I was not disappointed.
