(ERO will be using this new framework from 1st of September 2026)
Confidently begin to navigate the new framework
This interactive workshop gives you time to unpack the framework, test your thinking and begin applying it to your own service.
Together we will explore:
✅ What Meeting, Doing Well and Excelling actually look like in practice
🔍 How to make a robust, evidence-informed judgement about where your service sits
🧭 How to distinguish between a great example and consistent practice
📃 What evidence you might see, hear and trace across your service
📈 How to identify the next steps that will strengthen practice
