Don’t miss your chance – only one place left…
SUSTAINING OUTSTANDING LEADERS (SOL)
A Three-Day Residential Course for Early Childhood Leaders
Topic for 2018 is…
DEVELOPING LEADERSHIP SELF-AWARENESS
How to take on feedback and advice with curiosity and grace
All humans are naturally hardwired for learning. We may be wired to learn, but learning about ourselves is a whole different ball game. We are told that “feedback is good for you – like exercise and broccoli”! It makes you stronger and helps you grow – BUT is that always the case?
The reality is that for feedback to be ‘good’ for you it needs to be:
- Received and absorbed
- Given skilfully
- Used effectively …this then is the challenge of feedback.
Enrol in this new Sustaining Outstanding Leaders course held in beautiful Hanmer Springs and explore with us the:
- Truth Triggers
- Relationship Triggers
- Identity Triggers …of feedback.
Here’s what participants from our May 2018 programme said:

SOL allows three days of networking with others, a time to refresh and recharge, and lots of learning and looking at ourselves and leadership styles. Thank you Karen and Liz, job well done.
Claire, Fundamentals, Christchurch
A very informative and fun three days. It was great that it was not all just sitting and taking notes. It was practical and memory stamping. Thank you both.
