SUSTAINING OUTSTANDING LEADERS (SOL)

A Three-Day Residential Course for Early Childhood Leaders

Topic for 2018 is…

DEVELOPING LEADERSHIP SELF-AWARENESS
How to take on feedback and advice with curiosity and grace

All humans are naturally hardwired for learning. We may be wired to learn, but learning about ourselves is a whole different ball game. We are told that “feedback is good for you – like exercise and broccoli”! It makes you stronger and helps you grow – BUT is that always the case?

The reality is that for feedback to be ‘good’ for you it needs to be:

  • Received and absorbed
  • Given skilfully
  • Used effectively   …this then is the challenge of feedback.

Enrol in this new Sustaining Outstanding Leaders course held in beautiful Hanmer Springs and explore with us the:

  • Truth Triggers
  • Relationship Triggers
  • Identity Triggers   …of feedback.

A very informative and fun three days. It was great that it was not all just sitting and taking notes. It was practical and memory stamping. Thank you both.
